The month of August is one of my favourite months, and if you are wondering why, I'll share with you this little secret. August is the best month to stargaze! We're lucky that we can actually see most of the night sky without any help, but there is a lot that we're missing out on. I decided I wanted to find out what I was missing out on - so I made my own telescope! It is easy and you can make one too. The instructions and everything you need to know are available by clicking right here! I highly recommend that you try it out this weekend! Andy Planet-whatrium? A planetarium is a theatre built primarily for learning about astronomy and observing the night sky; however, you can build a variation for yourself at home! This is great if you live in an area where it is too bright outside to be able to enjoy the night sky. There are instructions available right here, its fun and easy!
